HKS SSQV English Instructions! help!

hey everyone im new to the scene and just wanted to say hi =)

the other thing i wanted to know is if any of you have the english instructions for the HKS SSQV BOV. I bought mine from ebay and the guys there gave me japanese instructions! IT sucks because i am completely new to the scene and dont know how to install it. i also want it so i can learn how to adjust it, trouble shoot it or w/e else it has in the info book. so if any of you can help me please post!!!

i bought mine and it came with instructions in japanese but its not hard to install. did you get the kit that comes with the pipe or just the bov by itself?

That PDF file really helped me out but does anyone have the actual one for our year supras? I bought the whole kit with the flange already installed and stuff. If no one does its OK but i would like to have a copy if anyone does =)

Hey i finally got my HKS BOV in but i think i need to adjust it because it doesnt give that PSHHHH sound very much, only when im running VERY high psi at like 10 =/ can someone tell me how to adjust it, like i read the universal instructions here but i dont know which 6mm bolt to take off to adjust it.. can someone help?

Did you retain the stock BPV?
Remove it and then it depends on whether or not you have an adjustable unit, newer ones aren't...

you shouldn't need instructions... that's one of the easiest parts to insall... ever... i'd rate it a .000001 on a scale of 1-10

really? i thought all were adjustable.. but yea i guess i bought the newer one so its not adjustable =/ does anyone know if there is a way to make it louder though because its not even that loud!

it's prolly set really hard? and was this when it the motor was under full load at max boost?

i dont know what you mean by its set hard.. but if it is, i want to try to set it lighter but i just dont know how, any suggestions? umm i have a manual boost controller and only set it to about 10 PSI which is the set max boost. If i let the boost go at 5psi and let go of the gas the sound is VERY VERY faint where as at 10psi its a little louder but still really fast! i mean i hear sti's and mr2s with HKS BOVs that have that nice loud PSSHHH sound..
