Hks bead gasket, do we remove the revits from the gasket before installing it ? or keep it as it is.

Only one needs to be removed the front one on the side.

if the front ones need to be removed, can i just remove them all ?? It's like saying, get a boob job done on one tit but leave the other tit small ??
