HKS Dual Port Wastegates

Ok, I know that this has been covered before and Im sorry that I cant find it using the search function.

Currently my setup is going to be ran off wastegate spring only. How do I correctly hook-up the Vaccuum lines so that everything is run correctly.

there is a Port on the Side and a Port of the Bottom of the Wastegate but Ive also seen the Bottom Port Capped off. Do I simply run a line to a "T" fitting and connect to both Ports. Any Help would be appricated.

A - upper port, vent to air
B - lower port, boost/intake manifold line


Sometimes port A is hooked up to a boost controller, because they have a vent built into the actuator (such as HKS).
