If you want to go with greddy or tial cut out that section of pipe and get a short section of aluminum pipe and weld on a greddy flange or tial flange then weld that short section back in. polish it up and your good to go

My pipes are fully ceramic coated and made of steel, that is not an option.

ok, so cut out that section and use two coupler and get a pipe and weld a flange on that and have it ceramic coated.

Im well aware of HOW to go about it. The issue is I shouldn't have to in the first place.
