...Did you see the picture his 7M is in a Mustang I doubt that if it was a pre 89 then anything would be in it's stock mkIII position....

nope

no access to photobucket so I can not see any of that. That is why we ask for DETAILS. Anyway it does not matter. The dash harness does not leave to much wiggle room for moving around parts and the motor is still a 7m with a CT26 on it.

well I turned gain down, no luck. disconnected boost controler completely, still hits fuel cut.... adjust wastegate??? of course 550s and lex would be great but cannot affod that at this time, just trying to use what i got.
There is no dash harness. Being it in a mustang shouldnt change anything on the motor thats why i didnt include that in details. Its a engine/ecu from '91

so the HAC is built in as I previously mentioned. You are on 440's? What fuel are you using?

im on 440s, using shell 93 oct. The AFRs were in the 9s before backing out the screw on mass airflow sensor, now they are around 11. I understand that fuel cut is preventing damage but not being able to go WOT is annoying to say the least.

You mentioned in a previous post that you disconnced the EBC and it was still boosting 11 psi?

The stock ct26 on stock everything boost about 5-6 psi tops. Is the turbo stock (no washer on the wastegate diaphram mount)? Perhasp the turbo was upgraded to a 60-1 wheel?

one silly "question".

Did you verify that you have the EBC connected correctly?

Yes I know but have to verify as this is an odd issue. :)

http://www.blitz-performance.com/includes/templates/2007/Manuals/SBC i-D.pdf

did you connect the Blitz controller to the intake to read the manifold pressure? The valve unit is connected correctly for both in and out connection?

What happens when you take the EBC completly out of the picture (connect the pressure nozzle directly to the wastegate with no EBC inbetween)?
