Here are some pictures and how you supposed to port your wastegate .porting1.jpgporting2.jpgwastegate.jpgbefore porting your wastegate , make sure to cover everything else on your turbo . Step one use tool #1 carbide porting tool to enlarge wastegate hole .06" to .08" larger over all diameter , used tool #2 smooth out surfaces that you just ported , used tool#3 to final polish . this step alone doesn't help mutch but step one + step two = different story .cornerradious.jpgportingtool 015.jpg now it's step two , this step is very important . use tool#1 steel ball head to make .150" - .250" corner radius on first half of the hole ( blue line i draw ) only , do not touch other half or you'll say hello to boost creep . now use tool#2 stone ball head to smooth it out , use tool #3 to final polish it . note: do not go crazy on that radius or you'll down on power. my writting is sucks , so let me know if you're not sure what i'm talking about . enjoy and good luck with your porting .:icon_bigg James

Well, right now, its boosting 1.2 bar(17.4psi) and its not hitting fuel cut, so Im gonna take it to the track tomorrow and see what happens. Im learning more and more about this unit the more I read about it. I just found out that with different gears, I can lower the duty cycle of the AVCR, and we will see if that makes any improvement.

Thanks,
Brandon
