My money is on AJ having the highest HP NA, mostly because he is the only one I know that has actually been dynoed. I'd go but I'm broke.

I have no idea how much power mine puts out, all I know is I was pretty stoked when it was finally fast enough to outrun my mom's '04 Camry. Losing to that thing was hard on the ego.
