how much boost can you run before blowing the stock main seal out? 30+ psi?

It is not boost that causes the seals to blow, it is the oil pressure, that is why the pump is modified to drop pressure.

ok i see, at around how much pressure of oil will the seal blow out?

I am not sure of that but I would assume the PSI it generates past 8,500 would blow a seal then. The TSRM says at 3000 RPM, you should have 47 or more PSI. On my 2JZ, I have done 7,000 RPM pulls and my Defi's show 4.5 bars which is 65 PSI, and I am on a stock oil pump with no midifications and seals are fine.
