if you need to have either bulbs or ballasts warrentied from the first group buy, PM ME NOW!!!!! im placing the order monday, if you miss the deadline too bad so sad, and you will have to pay very high shipping costs to have a single set of bulbs shipped from china.

if you need bulbs warrentied its 25 dollars for shipping, No I wont eat the cost and neither will the HID company.

Due to the somewhat weak response of this group buy (13 kits) I wont be doing another one for awile, unless I can do it on (gasp) SF!

I DO need them sent back, but not before i order the new ones. i will not ship out new ones till i recieve your blown ones

what the turnaround time to get the new one? the bulb isnt out, but its dimmer that the other one. i went over all the wiring and it seems fine. i used brand new cotton gloves when handling the bulbs. is that covered?
also if i wanted to get an additional set, how much would that be with shipping?

"dimmer"? try switching your ballasts around..... see if that cures it.

an aditional set of kit 1 bulbs is 45 shipped
kit two bulbs are 80 shipped IIRC.

if one bulb or ballast is dimmer then the other it should be warrenty, but i've never heard of this problem. find out what is the defective part and we can go from there. be quick about it, since the order is going in monday or tuesday.

i did switch the ballasts around and it was the same. the passenger side bulb is slightly dimmer. i thought it was the housing so i switched from one housing to the other and it was def. the bulb. is it possible that they sent two different temp bulbs? also that same bulb wont hi beam. how hard will it be to order another set in the future if i dont have the cash right now?

you will have to wait about 6 months or so. i have to have 10 orders to make it worth it.

if its just dim and its not much dimmer then the other one i'd live with it.....
