I'm pretty sure the Exhaust Depot CAT is a 2-way (CO + HC), most modern ceramic CATs are 3-way (CO + HC + NOx)...the 7M came with a 2-way.
Efficiency is going to depend on the substrate wash coat on either the ceramic or metal CATs.
The CATs you linked to do not have flanges...are you planning to weld your own?
