No, he has this eye trick thing, it looks like it's moving but it's not. It will really trip you out if you put it as your wall paper and tile it.

Yellow's sig only appears to move if you don't stare at it.
As soon as you move your point of vision it appears to move. Tricky stuff.

The caution sign is a joke. The one below it, I have to get close to my monitor and focus on the center cross for a few second and soon the red dots fade away and there is only a green dot moving..
