hey people, just thought I woud stop by and see whats up? I'm new here although I have browsed the forum alot to learn about the MKIII's I recently had a 1990 300zx Twin Turbo heavily modded and wrapped it around a tree ( long story) So I have sold the car and on the hunt for a mkIII turbo. I am probably going to buy out of state and have the car shipped since Oklahoma sucks at have any car choices so anyways thought I would stop by and say hi and cant wait to get to know everyone.

also I converted the Z to twin turbo and if any of you have worked on one you know its in the top 10 hardest cars to work on, So I am not mechanically inclined.
buying a MKIII 7mgte is a good start,year model is a personal preference. best might be a 5 peed w/a targa

well boost+ice+nitto 555r's street radials= bad idea. so i end up fishing tailing the Z and hopping a curb and a tree was there and i ended up hitting it on the driver's side toward the front broke a tie rod, control arm, some other little stuff and bent the suspension that actually stayed intact, the frame was bent and hood,door,fender also were wrecked.
damn, son! welcome to SM. good luck in your search for a clean mk3. personally, i wasnt even looking for a clean one. i just wanted one. mine's all rusty, but i've slowly aquired all the parts i've needed to bring it back to life this winter. (so long as my plans go accordingly...)
you'll get a poor condition supra way cheaper than a nice one. just make sure it's all good under the hood first.
