Exhuast valve as in the one in the head right?
no he was talking about the one in your heater core...haha but seriously, have you considered that it might be a boost leak? you would be running pretty rich and that would cause the plugs to foul. check your intercooler lines for cracks and holes. your gauge might show pressure, but some could be escaping.

I think my lower IC hoses underneath the power steering have cracks in them. I haven't got the car started yet so i can't tell you. I have this hunch only becuase the power steering leaks alot and the lower IC hose's are wet with PS fluid and my CPS was dreached with that crap when I pulled it out. plus the I measure between the pick ups and the part that spins, and its so tight even a 0.006 won't fit and its supposed to measure from 0.008 to 0.016 plus the pick ups are cracked and the wireing comeing from the cps is drenched with that crap. I wil be fixing the leak. I haven't tried cranking the engine for anything and haven't touched the car since i took it off. If i follow these instructions installing my cps should I be okay? Heres the link. http://www.jblmk3.com/cars/miscinfo.php

The Supra seems like its dead forever. Since I didn't mark or take note of the how the CPS was positioned b4 I took it out. I'd say I'm F***ED. The starts but runs like crap i have to WOT to keep it alive. It's really strange. Only when I turn the CPS counterclockwise it starts up but If I turn clock wise it dies right away. The TSRM says to line up the drill mark with the notch and when you put it in the pole doesn't lineup with the pick up. Is it supposed to be this way? also I would like an actual pic of the 7m-gte supra pulley at TDC. If anyone has one that would be cool. I don't know if I will get this thing running ever again. I think it's dead forever because of my stupidity.
