has anyone heard of a timing belt being too tight?? i just changed the cam seal and timing belt on my bros 93 dodge shadow and now it is very sluggush on acceleration! any ideas??

Are those engines the type if you break the timing belt, then the valves get to know the pistons on a personal level?

:werd: And you have done some head and block machining on ours a couple of times along with a 282 cam profile (with mods to the head to make it fit of course ) I believe we would also be damn close to having an interference motor.

but this dodge whatthefuckever should not be off time, i set it, then rotated it 2x, and it was where it was supposed to according to the Dodge Chiltons manual...
