only drop in injectors that I know of are the Venoms. You can always have them flow tested before you put them in. It has been hit and miss with those however I have only seen a handful of defective complaints on these and I know that a lot of other people are using them with good results.

Why do you want drop ins if you mind me asking? The RC injectors only require soldering two wires. You should have no problem finding someone that can handle the soldering.... In fact if you are tackling the installation of injectors on your own....soldering should be a breeze for you. If you don't know how, an educated employee at Radio Shak could show you some basics on soldering.

I heard that you had to hack up the harness to install RC's. The soldering part should be easy but don't you have to solder the wires to the harness correct? By the way where do you get injectors flow tested?

there is a model of denso inj that fit. however, they idle like a bucket of crap rolling down the stairs.

as far as soldering goes, it isnt hard, but can be done wrong. all i do every day all day is solder and pretty good at it. however, the old crusty oxidized wiring under the hood isnt the easiest thing to solder. it can be done, and i have done several. but have yet to be 100% satisfied w/ the results. be sure you clean the wire as best as possible, use plenty of flux and good quality solder.
