yeah i agree its easy to drive to sears. ive never had any problem with craftsman. had a nice set until they were stolen from my building. at work everything is standard and it was easy for me to just order all the tools on my tool list for work on the net from matco and with my discount it wasnt to much of a price difference than craftsman. but the matco tools are all in a craftsman box, bought by my work.

I come from a land down under
I always buy the very best tools I can find/afford at the time.

I have some that I inherited that are older than me and still work perfectly.

If you need a socket and have the choice between 1 good one or a cheap set go for the good one ;)

I still use my grandfathers Snap-On tools whenever I'm in my garage. I get a 40-50% Snap-on discount, and 25% off Craftsman... So they end up being about the same price.

This is what I used for ARP headstuds:
Kobalt 3/8" drive 14mm 12 point socket.
Worked perfect and can be picked up at Lowes. Mine cost like $4.00.

this might be a dum question but wats the difference between head studs and head bolts??
