help smoke

i have a stock 1jz and it smokes on deceleration or after you rev it when its warm,start up seems fine wit no smoke. The smoke smells like gas. It runs strong and doesnt feel sluggish or anything like that. Any suggestions to what it might be would be apreciated. thank you

I'd normally say search, but in this case I'm gonna say just look at the recent threads. It's covered about 10 threads back.

One more thing, the check engine light comes on after a few min. on the highway. i tried the search, didnt come up with any good info or mabye i just dont know how to use it, if that the case my bad. The thread that you are talking about he is burning oil, im running rich and smoke after rev. or come to a stop or accelerate hard, at idling it is fine, there is no smoke.
