really? Thats exactly what was wrong with mine when I got it. I didnt think it would have been a problem for your car since it had been sitting for such a short time. My car had been sitting in a friends garage for 2.5yrs with damn near a full tank of gas with no stabilizer in it when i bought it from him so it was rusted all to shit, after replacing it my car started on the first try. If you plan on doing any type of forced induction type mods to the car, you should go ahead and throw a walbro 255 (only 100 bux = way cheaper than a stocker at the dealer) or comparable fuel pump in there now so you wont have to drop the tank twice. I was running the walbro in my car w/o any driveability issues.

After a history lesson with the P.O., I found it sat in that spot for a year or so, but was started and moved a few months ago and then parked again and sat, all along with the same gas in it.

Since the Walbro pumps have a good rep. and low cost and I do plan to mod the hell out of this car:icon_evil as soon as my new job starts. I'm gonna to the J tube mod and get a 255 from ebay for $100 shipped, I did a bit of research last night here and learned a lot.
