Help me identify this blue thingum?

Can someone help me ID this plug? i found it dangling in the intake manifold area.. i have a '89 7M-GE, RHD though....

i've torn apart some stuff to change the cam cover gaskets and exhaust manifold gaskets etc.. and i'm hoping it isnt something that i've torn up and forgotten to plug back! but the car runs fine though.... its as slow as it ever was... hahah..

Looks like the plug for one of the two VSVs that mount under the intake manifold - EGR to the rear, FPR to the front.
