Help me choose rim, Gunmetal or Chrome!!!

Hey whatsup guys, i need rims on my black 89. im planning on getting some cobra replica wheels because i like them, and they are cheap new. I dont know which to buy though,, the gunmetal ones with rivets or the chrome ones? i personally like the chrome but my bro says they will look too flashy or like a nig mobile (no offense). Help me!!! or if you have pics of your black car with either gunmetal or chrome wheels that look similar to these post em up!

the rims are 18x10 +42 and 18x9 +36

I think you'll find these polls don't help worth a shit. It's your car, pick what you like. To hell with the rest of us, and that includes your brother.

OTOH, IMNSHO, gunmetal, or any other dark rims for that matter, only look good on semi gloss / flat black as the stealth gimmick. Chrome, or any other shiny wheels, are a classic style that never gets old. Gunmetal in 10 years (hell, maybe 5) is going to look like spinners do now... seriously dated. Chrome in 5 years will look just like it does now, and just like it did 10 years ago, and 20 years ago, and so on.

Yeah... polls are what they are... Noone wanted me to go gunmetal with a polished lip, but I did. Glad I decided what I wanted to do. I do like the old school polished wheels though...

But I do like mine....lol
