Broken bolt?
Can't get it out with easy-outs?
Drill it and tap it... tap sets are much cheaper than an engine.
If it's undrillable, which is very doubtful, get a new head.
Lesson to be learned is that if it's not a hex bolt, don't torque the hell out of it. Never tighten anything with a phillips, robertson, flat, ect, screw head, with anything more than a screw driver. Chances are they were only ever intended to be snugged up with a hand screw driver. It's pretty easy to break a bolt... pay attention to what you're doing... or start using loctite more often.
You're gonna make mistakes if you don't have a mechanics course under your belt (and even those who do still botch stuff up
). Just roll with the punches and deal with it. It's just a big hunk of metal, it'll treat you as well as it has been treated.
If the 7M is leaking oil like a seive, you're best at this point to yank it and replace all the gaskets. Otherwise I can only promise you it will only get worse from here.
