Help im going crazy!!

dude i ripped my my harness out swapped everything all day n couldnt figure it out.
until...... i had me a nice cold beer and sat there n stared at the motor for a good 20 min lol n im like damn these two plugs are the same shape i wnder if i switched them up. booom fired right up

This is a 88 turbo harness and used to be a 5sp.
problem #1
These two wires are coming off of the main harness near the injector clips.. anyone know where they go or what their for?
Problem #2
What is this? the mini plug there!
Problem #3
The car does not get any spark, no matter what i do. i have done the following
Tested my ingniter (good) also swapped a known good one in.
Tested my coil packs (good) also swapped with a couple known good ones.
I have new plug wires
new spark plugs
It cranks strong but will not start due to no spark. im running out of ideas here and im really pissed i cant get my new motor to start.
also does this seem ok
I have a decent gauge wire hooked up from chassis to the block. is that necessary!
I never ask for help cuzz im usually really good at workin on our cars, but this one is blowing my mind.
any help is greatly appreciated.

hey have you found out why you wherent getting no spark becuss right now im having the same problem i checked every wire to see if any where cut and checked my ground wires every thing looked good but no spark. my car was runing fine untill i had to take it apart then i pute it back together and no spark
