I Just smoke ALOT, i havent had one cig yet, and its only 4:36..

idk im just hella addicted i guess?

I Could pick up chewing again, I had a dip today but i want to stop all tabacco but i highly doubt i will be able to, so I dunno.

I hear they put small bits of glass into chew that cuts your gums so you get the nicotine or w/e.

• You have to want to. If you don't really want to, it won't work
• You have to do it for you, not someone else
• Quiting with someone helps, support
  • those two are not contradictions
• Think of it as breaking up with them and you can't get back together with them

All you have to do is force yourself not to buy them. It is alot easier to not buy cigs than to not smoke one.

I smoked/loved/ and craved ciggaretes for over 7 years, this method got me to almost quit instantly. Then pretty soon you will just hate the taste.

But yes, you have to WANT TO QUIT. Not need to, but want to..

if all else fails.....
