Help debris fell in my engine

I was retorquing the 13th head stud (exhaust side) in my 88 NA and nicked a hose above it wrapped in plastic with my breaker bar. A bit of plastic fell down a hole right next to the arp head stud nut and I am unable to retrieve it. it is somewhere in the head next to the six piston.

My question is how much harm am i doing to the engine if I attempt to run it?

the piece of plastic is about the size of a penny or dime if that helps

What have you tried so far, to get that plastic out? I'd try to vacuum it out. Van

i can no longer see it it fell into the head, for a bit it was jammed in the passage, but when i tired to retrieve it with the needle nose it fell in. I guess if i removed the cam i could attempt to vacuum it.

Attach a hose to the vacuum. LIke duct tape it.

Whatever you do, DO NOT run the engine. Get it out. Even if you have to take it apart.
