HELP! Broken switch, need replaced asap!!

On the water neck housing of the 7m-ge theres a sensor on the top with 2-wires leading off it, it has a brown-ish colored terminal and connector on the switch itself, what is this sensor called? let me know asap thank you!!

anybody know of a place besides the dealership where i can get these? i couldnt find them anywhere online and the part search for stores isnt showing them up... i need it asap too, please let me knoww

it says online its a EGR time delay switch, some google sources call it the cold start injector switch, the sensor thingy on the water neck it has the brownish plug on it, facing directly upwards, thanks

What year is your car? I believe I have one for a pre-89 turbo. It should work if you have a pre-89 harness. Let me know.

im pretty sure the mid 90s 4 banger camrys have the same senor...my cold start injector switch came off a camry works fine....

no its plugged right up mines grey i think and it was suppose to be green but it plugged right up no problems...i mean just pull a few off some camrys or cressidas....we literally have over 10 cressidas at a picknpull in my town im sure you guys have a few out there too....

If the connector is busted off know it doesn't do much except help start the engine and even then only in cold weather. Lots of people run without it.

If it's leaking coolant just plug the hole with something. I forget the thread size but hopefully someone will chime in with it. Hell, even a switch that isn't the right temp rating will still plug the hole until you get the right one.

I guess what I'm saying is there really shouldn't be anything "asap" about this...
