New to the site, but not new to Supras. I have a 1991 Turbo, targa, 5-spd, white package, blue leather, low miles, all original and a 1989 N/A, targa, 5-spd, dark blue metallic on blue cloth, which is my project for either a built 7M and built R154 (in progress) or a possible 2JZ-GTE w/R154 or V160.

I'm a long time Supra community member on various forums and email communities, but I am an infrequent poster/emailer, so nearly everyone does not remember me, I'm sure. I'm located in Mesa, AZ, and some old names from the past are Dave Koos, Zaron, Mike in Scottsdale, and Wes from Superstition Springs Toyota. Don't know if any of those guys are still around.

Anyways, figured I better finally become a member of Supramania because I am gearing up to dive back in to the project car after a 2 year financial hiatus.

Thanks for all of your information, and I look forward to being a member!

Welcome to SM, Aaron. When I was on the majordomo SOGI e-mail list server back in the dark ages, I was always jealous of the size & enthusiasm of the Supra crowd in AZ. My '90T had a Pete Sterling "Semi-Electronic Boost Controller" (PSSEBC), and my 3" turbo-back exhaust was fabbed by another guy on the SOGI list. I think he was also in AZ, but he might have been in the Midwest somewhere... I forget.

Anyhow, best of luck with the project car.

Thanks, Dingo! I'm jealous of your teal 1992. Before I picked up my white 1991, I almost nabbed a teal on black leather 1992 that was at a dealership. Someone beat me to it literally by hours, but I have always wanted a teal Supra.

Yeah, I have been a long time supras@supras.com email lister, and still am, although the list is not so active these days.

I remember Pete Sterling, and his boost controller.

If you need anything for your MINIs, shoot me a PM. I can help.
