I've loved the cars for probably going on 10 years now, but circumstances have worked against me in the past. With any luck, I'll be able to join the actual owners club here in about a week or so, and I definitely look forward to getting to know the rest of the community.

I'm right now looking into an 86.5 mk3 turbo 5spd. It looks to be a well-taken care of machine, and its only got 80k on the body and 4k on a rebuilt engine.
With any luck, this time next week I'll be driving it.

Anything that you guys think I ought to know about the community or how things work around here? Noobs can be annoying no matter what site you're on, so I wanna avoid that.
