I have a issue with the heat.. I originally thought it was the to flap in the ducting that separates the defrost/floor/face and what not.. upon taking out my cluster and stuff I looked into the vent and it works properly.. then i noticed above that there is more heat duct that goes to that vent (the one in the middle of dash above controls) and the one by the drivers side.. those are the ones blowing out cold air.. can anyone help me??

BTW its a 92 rhd with a 1jz not sure if that makes a diff besides being backwards fot he ducting and stuff

any help would be great as i want to re-plate the car soon and the cold air thing is the only thing stopping me..

Are you getting any heat at all? Heat out some vents and not others? Be as specific as you can. If you're not getting any heat at all, check this thread:

The biggest way i noticed the issue was when its on defrost or floor its not supposed to blow anything out of the middle vents above the cliamte controll or anywere out of those 3 vents on the face of the dash.. it blows heat out of the top when on defrost and heat out of the bottom when on floor... but it blows outside cold air from the vents by the climate controll and the other ones of the face of dash...when i took my cluster and cc out i saw there was vents on the outside of the flap that seperates were the heat goes for defrost when i have it on defrost that flap closed but cold air comes out from the duct on the outside of it.. it blows outside cold air.. I looked and it goes to all three of those vents on the face.. when its snowing out it actually blows some snow in to(not to much but still some) if need be i can get pictures of what i mean if you dont understand..

So I took my climate control apart and there was a bunch of broken solders so I re soldered all those and still makes no difference.. I thought it was the outside air servo motor stuck but when i put it on recirculate it still blows the same out of those vents but the air ingeneral sounds like its recirculating..
I will post pics of the vents I mean incase anyone is confused later if I get time when I get home from work...
