Heater core help! ASAP

OK, so Im in the process of removing my heater core, ive goten the dash out and basicly all my interior....when taking off the heater core box do I have to remove the main support bar that goes over it?

ok, took it off, does anyone have a diagram on how to get to the heater core or how to remove the hardlines? Im stuck now and cannot get the plastic off around the heater core, thanks

the whole plastic box comes out the after you pull the box out the car the heatercore comes out the top

thanks for the response, but I managed to get it out earlier I just kept messing with it till I got it. thanks though:icon_bigg
