Heater core bypass (pics inside)

I had routed the hoses around to one another but had read that we can just cap both end off (nipple on back of head to heater valve and nipple under the drivers side rear) is this correct? (pic of d. side rear is ard to see)

damn californians and their lack of coldness... the first plug is correct but i cant really see where the other plug is on relative to the other shyt around... i see the plug, but i dont see where it is in the bay?

Yeah...if the outlet you plugged is on the drivers side hardline that goes around the block...can't make it out in the 2nd pic...the one in the 1st pic is correct. Make sure you use clamps on the rubber nipples you used. You can remove the entire heater valve assembly on the passenger firewall...cap the vac line off.

I would also block off the heater coolant inlets going into the cockpit on both sides of the firewall...just to keep any crap from getting inside...no clamps necessary here.

pep boys...auto zone... most all auto parts stores should have em.

Hmmm, I might do this... the damn re routed hose looks so ugly, would definitely clean the bay up a bit
