heat isnt working and there are no signs of overheating,no cooling on the floor nothing at all,any ideas,anyone?

i had similar problem turned out to be a valve on firewall that was a bypass for heater core so i bypassed the bypass valve and then had heat. dont know what its called but it is on passenger side near charcoal canister.
check the water control valve on the firewall, also check if water is coming out of the heater core return line. does the blower turn on?
yes it does turn on and no, there is no water coming out.i will check the spot next to the charcoal canister,thanks guys
