Headlight not going down...

ok kinda searched but didnt quite help.
My headlights both go up, only passenger side goes down. Changed the motor, nothing. Changed the relay, nothing....

any ideas?

disconnect your battery, and twist the motors manually via the knob, see if there's any resistance when it begins to go down, inspect the arm, and if all else fails, unplug both motors once they're up...

they'll stay up so you don't forget and leave your car looking retarded while you have a chance to find out what the problem is..

Retract relay was my problem.
