hi, i measured my head and it's around 115.69mm with my digi vernier. I will need to milled it again since i'm going MHG. My question is; can i milled the head again or she's junk? I don't for now how much will need to be remove. The block never been milled, i assume some materiel will be remove too get the proper RA. SO a MHG around 2.0mm should be ok for the compression ratio. Just wondering if there is a limit on the head for materiel removal?!

THANKS

Need to find out the warp on the head first. To see how much more needs to come off. Or if the head is warped beyond specs(.10mm) might need another one.

And also get the head hardness tested before doing any work on it as well..

Warps can be taken out by heating the head in an oven on a flat steel plate although I don't know how well this works and if anyone does it. Most just replace the head.

Yeah I didn't bother with mine. Just got another one. It was warped so bad that the intake cam would bind and would not spin freely.
