i'm rebuilding a used head rigth now, i was wondering is it worth adding after market valves and cams? and is so what manufacturer?

No they are not nessesary for a 350rwhp build up. The head doesn't need to be modified until 500+rwhp. You really don't need to upgrade the cams because the stockers are fine for high horsepower applications
You could always keep the stock valves and springs, and upgrade the cams if you can afford. I will be doing that, using comp cams tha tare replicas of the hks 265's. They go for around $400 US. It should make my car sound like a musclecar with the rocky idle I hope. Not neccessary at all tho :icon_bigg
