No, the stock gasket bore is too small, and will encroach into the cylinder. IIRC, most quality aftermarket gaskets are available with larger bores.

Your right. You would have to use a headgasket with .050 over bores. If your planning to run a MHG, take it to a machine shop and have them mill it to match your deck. The machine shop you had your block bored at should be able to help you out.

oh i made a mistake i thought it was .050" but i got i bored .020" over, i called my machine shop and he told me that i should be fine with a stock bore head gasket, since it was just a .020" bore.
