I'm in the middle of putting a 7MGTE in but still need some stuff to make the car how I wont it to be. The motor in the car is still good but the head gasket just went. Its not real bad yet and I just put the car up for the winter so it couldn't have happened at a better time.

So what I'm getting at is I need a stock NA head gasket so I can make that motor work for next summer well I get the rest of the stuff I need for the 7MGTE.

autozone probably would have it in stock, I forgot that they have parts for older car. Napa and the other part stores don't have it and say they cant get it.

I ordered mine from the local CarQuest. I ordered the Felpro gasket. Its really good quality. They didn't have it in stock but it only took 1 day to come in.

HOLY FUCK. :nono:

Get one from Champion Toyota. Done. No questions asked. If you are unsure of your order call and ask to speak with Jeff Watson or any parts guy.

Part number: 11115-42021

Makes no difference whether the car is N/A, Turbo, auto , manual, blue or white, leather or fabric.

of course they're are going to have it in stock. what parts house even dealership carrys hg for every car. none. get a felpro hg set and arp bolts. more than enough for your n/a. i'm running one on my car at @12psi with arp bolts and have put almost 15k on daily driving the shit out of it. oh and did i mention i didn't get the block or head resurfaced. just make sure they are within spec and you should be good. my block was under .001, but my head was warped .004" which is boarder line. so i grabed one of my extra heads this one was off my old rodknock motor. it was under .001". i used that one and its been fine ever since. your did bhg though so i'm guessing your head did warp some. just barrow a straight edge from a machine shop and check it.

Actually, Champion has a great track record with our community for having things in stock or at least getting it and shipping it out the next day when it comes to the more common items. I'm biased, I'd stick with a Toyota HG over most of the other composite HGs from other manufacturers.

I'd go toyota. not felpro.

I believe that was on my car when i tore it down for a BHG fix. I dont know how well it was installed but it was bent to shit so...i dunno.

Pretty sure thay have a complete head gasket kit...it includes a HG, cam seals, CPS O-ring, exhaust manifold/intake, etc. It will save you a lot of time and re-do's later ;)
