just imagine what they could do with today's technology and computer processing....

*Sigh* the things that were done back in the day were amazing alone without even considering the lack of tools. Sometimes I feel like now adays we have the resources but the imagination is running out.

These pics are great. Does any one know how much a true group a car would sell for these days to a collector?

I'd pay a lot for one. Well... if I could.

You are referring to a Group A Supra, right? Because I'd like to get my hands on a Skyline GTR also.

Most people don't use that extra bracing since having a lip on your IC piping is a simpler, cheaper and effective solution to blown-off pipes. However, there are several manufacturers who offer pipe bracing kits for universal applications. Looks pretty sweet, but costly if you need to have someone weld all the flanges on each pipe.

I have to laugh at guys who think a score and few ago was "back in the day" :)

For me "BiTD" was Points and Carbs ;)

I guess if people are younger it can mean different things, for my Father it was Magnetos and organised fuel leaks..

BiTD, I didn't know squat about cars or engines other than how to change the oil and fill the tank. Unlike the vast majority of guys, I didn't learn to wrench until I was nearly 30. Too busy learning other stuff at the time.
