Just to let everyone know, everything is handled... Had about a 1 hour conference call this morning, and we all came to an agreement... Im not going to lose much, I am happy, and we agreed on what was what... The mistake I made was in my first change order... It was vague... My other C/Os were line itemed... Honestly, they didnt have to pay shit on the first one... But they are payin me half of the first one, so not $1200, but $600... And thats fair... If I tried to fight that one, I'd lose and get nothing... So all in all, Im happy... I'll be REALLY happy when that check is in my hand...
