Be careful running more than 18PSI on pump gas Jay.

And I believe timing has been your issue from day 1.

If my afr's are still 11.2 should I still worry about detonation? I do have it lowered to 18psi. I probably have my car so screwed up with timing, adjustable cams, and removing fuel that it won't make 300 rwhp at the Chicago meet. Hopefully some of the guys up there can help a brother out..........:x:

yes there is still a concern. you can have a safe afr but high egt's due to too high of timing and/or too much boost for the octane.

you know i'll help you out in any way i can. i guess i'll do it for free. i charge $100/hr fee, but i hear you charge $100/hr to hang out with you. so i guess it equals out eh?

Well actually............I charge 150 an hour to hang out with me, but for you, I'm willing to do it for free. Thanks for the help though. Hopefully it won't be too screwed up to race and post a decent time.
