I have had to wait for some time getting stuff but Jack has always come through. The only problem is if something is on back order he is not good about letting you know so you just have to wait till it comes in. I ordered some springs that were on back order and after 3 weeks I found out they were on back order and switched them over to the eibachs, after that they all came in fast. I have ordered a lot of stuff a bunch of times from them and that was the only one instance I had to wait all the other times were very fast and no problems at all.

They do on occasion fall into a black hole and you can't get a response from them. I don't know why and it's a shame - they offer some great products. In the end, Jack or Gregg have always come through but a long wait is frustrating.

Man, I so happy SS is only a hour drive away from me. I just pick up my parts because SS is notorious for being SLOW on shipping items :(

its not the waiting that pisses me off, its that the guys at SS cant mail you back when you mail them, but they have plenty of time being in here

Part orders not accurate. Parts don't arrive on time and/or together when they are suppose to be shipped together. Pricing is sometimes done on the fly...

On the other hand, when I have spoken to Jack, he's very nice, and knowledgeable.

You can start off by calling the local district atturney where the offending vendor is.
They may ask you to call both your local police to file a claim, and the PD were the offending vendor is.
It takes a little work, but it's better than paying a percentage to a lawyer.......

I have done this on several occasions over the years.
Sometime an offending vendor just puts things off because they don't want to face reality thet their business is tanking.
Sometimes they just take care of the squeekiest wheel.
One can ignore e-mails from someone they don't know, but will jump when they get a call from the local DA.

There is also the FBI internet fraud division, IC3.
I used them to recover $2200 for a black rifle from an internet/forum gun dealer in florida.
To do this, you need to document everything, gather as much info on other people who are after the offending vendor, and get them to file a claim with IC3 also with refference to your case number.

If the offending vendor wants to play hide & seek with bill collectors, then they may pay more attention to the the guys in black suits :)

Aaron and driftmotion are great to deal with. If you can buy through them, you should.

Rarely do we seem to hear good things about supra sport. If you want to have a business you need to provide some sort of communication. Suprasport and 935 have both been notoriously bad about that.
