If you are talking about a Doluck RXB...Yes.

I mean the bar that attaches to the upper b-pillar, where the seatbelts mount. From what I've seen I can't really tell if the bar is usable with stock seatbelts or not. That doluck bar is cool though, I should add that to my list of bars to make in the spring
