Has anyone Overdosed off of Caffeine before?

I did know this was possible till i got to experiance it first hand.

Four 22fl Oz NOS Energy Drinks each containing 343mg of Caffeine
One Monster Khaos Energy Drink

All of that taken down in less than an hour and a half. Felt like i was gonna die.

Ya, not a good experience. Years back when I was putting way too many hours behind the wheel, driving for a living, I'd take caffeine tablets to stay awake. If you get too many of them inside you at once, you start to have problems - get shakes, extreme nervousness building into paranoia.

I have had that about 6 years ago when I was studying... Nothing too serious, just rapid heartbeat and shaking.

Last year, a kid here in Aus had 8 Red Bulls in 5 hours and had a heart attack...

I've pulled a 36 hour stint and had three energy drinks in the process, time kinda slowed down and it seemed like I was moving in slow motion, pretty weird stuff.

i dunno if you are joking or not but i have found that it does keep me alert on long trips (i usually have rancid farts due to what i eat while traveling) i dunno if it is the smell... the funny sound or the comment that you think to yourself after a fart..whatever it is...it works!

I did 4 redbulls in 20 mins once (was a bet) I was 18 at the time,... was up for 36 hours after that, 24 of which were spent shaking violently and pretty much acting as if I was doing cocaine or something.

I used to work for a landscaping company when I was 17. When winter rolled around and we were out shoveling/plowing 60 houses in a night you get tired fast. One night I decide to buy some caffeine pills and unfortunetly took way to many of them to stay awake.

I was in riding in the work truck on our way to the next house and was experiencing everything Grim posted up. Very scary, and I'll never do that again.

I had a bit too much coffee after not going to sleep the night before. I was shaky and my heart was hitting noticeably harder and faster. at times i could notice my heart beating in my chest, usually after walking around from class to class and then sitting. that wasn't extreme either and i didn't like it.

never overdosed like you guys have mentioned though, sounds scary and dangerous.

I hate not being able to control myself (shaking)...its not a good feeling.
