I order tons through them, bought my O2 housing from Jack in person last year at SILV07. Most comes through without a hitch, unless its a stocking issue. I ordered from them Nov. 5th and 6th, just recieved my shipping notification on the first order, those parts will arrive this Friday. Other order is held up because of a backorder on one of the three items. No biggie. I'm sure Jack would ship it seperate if I wanted.
One of the best places I know for MKIII stuff.

Robert,
The big order placed on the 5th shipped out and I just tracked it and it will be delivered tommorrow. I am going to send the order you placed on the 6th out today except for the catch cans, they are on back order until early dec...like 1st week

We are not the biggest company that sells auto parts but we are good and we are producing the complete LIPP product line at the same time, if there is an issue we will get it taken care of. The MK3 supra is what our website is founded on and we will always keep it this way!...Thanks for your support

I've never had any issues with over a dozen separate orders from Suprasport.

/[begin rant]
I've spent close to $8k with them because their main focus is the MKIII Supra and if the community doesn't support these specialized vendors they will likely go away. Greg (LIPP) has the ability to build/design anything he wants and he wants to build stuff for our cars! It's companies and individuals (ARZ, BiC, Ronny K. etc.) like this that provide the community with products that can cost serious $$ to develope, but they do it because they want to fill a need--usually for their own cars.

Once that need goes away (filled by mass produced knock off crap--i.e. the ebay header vs RPS header) the developement does too.

If you want fast delivery order from Summit, but don't complain when nobody makes custom stuff anymore. If you want high quality products that sometimes take longer to get . . . support the community by ordering from people like SS, Arz, Bic, SupraRich, A2, etc. and put your instant gradification needs on hold for a minute or two!
/[end rant]

Jack, Charles, and Greg keep up the good work, and stop playing with your damb boats and ship some product--wait on the other hand you need a couple of carbon fiber wake surfboards to tow behind the Kitten!! Drop me a line and I'll hook you guys up!! www.avisosurf.com

I ordered lots of things from them, some came real fast, some took longer and some took real long but it's more a question of suppliers I guess. However, I always got good communication with them. They made a custom turbo oil return hose in no time and shipped it right away. So if it's available, you'll get it fast, otherwise, they can't ship what they don't have. If you need it tomorrow call first to make sure it's stock. Overall they make a great job!

I emailed 'em with a question sometime back and never got a reply. I figured he didn't have time for more customers. Consider me trying to help your customer service and shipping problems get better.

Ordered a few things... not a problem..... However, as I do everytime I buy something from anyone, I call first to check availability. If they have it in stock, I ask them to put their hands on it.... No surprises this way...

all of 3 rings before Jack picked up.

This was last Friday @ 4:30pm Pacific time, which is what 6:30 their time! Sure he had a Jack & Coke in his hand but picked up the phone none the less, and was happy to help me solve my problem!

i payed with paypal and they shipped it ups they say it will arrive on the 24th. just wondering if they are known for poor shipping times or just a flook. thanks for the input i guess i can give them another shot when i order in a few weeks.

so you are saying that it would ship on the 24th? come on it is only the 23rd what are you complaining about? I have ordered from them with no problem if you listen to what they say for shipping times. it will always come! working on a 20 year old car is not as quick as working on a transmarobird... there are not rednecks on every corner that have parts for them. give it some time there are some parts that have to be produced because we own a rare car. if you want parts within a few days go by a camaro!
