Hoping someone with a higher level of technical mkiii knowledge can help me out. I'll start with my issues and then post a list of my engine setup.
This is a problem that seems to be getting worse. A month ago, my a/f gauge said I was running rich under throttle, now it's the opposite. I'm seeing idle a/f ratios of 15 to 16, a/f ratio of 14 is common now under any load - I was scared to let boost kick in or drive more daring than a granny because I know running this lean can get dangerous quickly ( I should be running about 11.5 a/f under boost). I'm having hard starts that's getting worse, sometimes taking 6 to 7 cranks to get it running. I get a good idle but have had to add +25% fuel at lo throttle with my super AFC to keep it that way -- this is weird because I know that the mk3 ecu is under full control until over 69% throttle. Performance is suffering some too, I've been having to re-tweak my fuel curve to keep from shuddering under throttle in second and third gear. I don't know what it could be because most of my components have low hours on them.

Stage 1 turbo, downpipe, no cats
Walbro fuel pump
Full tuneup, plugs, fuel filters
AEM wideband
Apexi S-AFC
Hallman manual boost controller at 12 pounds
Jspec engine, new harness rewired w/ no issues
No engine codes except I'm missing the egr system.
