WOW... next time I'm buying a Millermatic, this was ridiculous.

Went down to the local welding supply place, and bought a 20lbs bottle CO2 + arg. but couldn't get a liner... but not to worry because I found the P/N for my Craftsman unit.

Anyway, when I was there I was playing with some of the millers, and their liner replacement is CAKE compared to mine.

Dismantle the torch:

Remove gas feed, then the liner connection.
It's the blue one.

Okay, there are (2) screws and (2) "Bolts" that hold the liner tensioner... but what you don't see are the (2) nuts that are on the other end of the bolts.

Guess what... you need to take the entire cover off. :rofl:

Got the liner out, I just need to get the replacement.

Now I can really MIG.

The millers have like ONE set screw to get their liner tensioner to just release the dang thing.
