Hacksaw Sound

in the morning when i start my car i this sound like someone is cutting some wood almost, it last for about a minute and goes away once its warmed. coming from turbo side, inside the car only i can hear it, anyone else experienced this?

check your turbo for shaft play,

also check your PS pump, its on the same side and makes exactly the same noise as u prescribed

I think your signature is well beyond sane limits for size and content. Nobody wants to see a sig that big, nor with that picture. Please edit both to fit within the site rules, lol.

check your turbo for shaft play,

has minor shaft play which is expected with 169,000 miles and no rebuild.



will check my PS pump tomorrow morning when i start it up.
