Ok, so back to my problem. I checked the fuses, and they were fine, and I checked the connections, and everything looked fine. Does anyone know what the voltage output from the balast is supposed to be, mine was reading at about 80 volts.

Try swapping the left and right ballasts. See what it does.

check the ground on your harness. i had the same problem with mine... it eventually ruined one of my balasts. i just ran an additional ground to the harness and the problem went away.

I switched the bulbs twice already, thats how I know it isn't a bulb. And the headlight worked before and then it just stopped working, so I recut the ground wire to see if that would help, didn't. What do you mean by regrounding the harness, can you explain that a little more? I'm sorry, I'm bad with electrical problems.

well.... i dont know if our kit was the same. but the harness i got goes from the battery (positive and negative) to the drivers side ballast, to the original headlight socket (switch), to the passenger side ballast, to a ground (little eye-hook to get bolted to the body).
while i had everything hooked up i used a voltmeter to check for a good ground. make sure its a metal to metal connection and its clean.
with my kit, it turned out that the ground wire was no good (not sure why but it wasnt making ground). so i cut it back and ran my own wire from the harness to the body
