Just remember to get a lawyer and neck pain dont show up for a couple days. Structured settlements for this much dmg could be 10K-20K for personal injury + lost wages + property with lawyer fees paid.

My point is that if you're hurt, say so... don't be a tough guy and lose out on insurance paying for someone else's mistake. It'll suck if 5 years down the road this comes back to haunt your neck and then you have to pay to get some sleep at night.

Yep, I know someone that got into a wreck and they said their neck was a bit sore, but ignored it... Ended up having a bulging disk or something and required surgery later...

i hit someone in my car on the 19th, but it was their fault. my passenger front corner got a little mashed... but it honestly isnt too bad. mine is gonna get fixed since the body itself underneath is fine. at least you'll get some cash, and you'll be able to build back up agian. i'm looking forward to my check.

how hard is it to take out a dash kcause i got to switch my dash harness kfrom the wreak car to the 87 plus other little toys:evil2: i never put on cause it was my daily lol
