My goal power wise is 500-550. I'm planning to make MidKnight a jack of all trades track car. 500 is a test to see how she will react in circuit/autocross. I have suspension setup in my head including rollcage and what not. But I just want to feel how the car will react with that next starting point.

That is not an unreasonable goal for the 7M! Plus it should keep the car mild enough for daily street driving.

The 500 rwhp mark is almost the limit with pump gas and on a stock ignition setup. You need a lot if reliability to hit that or risk the engine. My opinion of course, but I feel safer for engine longevity at 400-450 with pump gas.

Of course if everything is geared for reaching that goal it can be done, just make sure you take in all the limitations of the engine. I was going to run at 500 until I looked at the risks (not sequential fire yet) and decided at 380-400 rwhp I can run full out all day without damaging the engine.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you know yesterday I did the port Angeles to neah bay cruise alone. This is by far the best cruise I've ever done! There are every single kind of curve imaginable back to back one after the other for mile after mile. I saw some beautiful sights and a few I imagined only existed in those story books. Or in areas closer the to equator. This cruise is a must for all who have never done it before. I for one would like to make this an annual event.

The Oregon coast is a great cruise as well, especially from Astoria to the cheese factory in Tillimook! Stop for ice cream and the flight museum with the blimps and old WWII stuff. I think I'll be taking a drive down that way sometime this summer for funsies.

Hey! I'm getting there !!! :p I'll just fix one thing then another thing will break immediately after then until there's nothing left and I'll have rebuilt the whole damn car.
