Ok I've seen alot of car using the MKIV TT wheels. A lot of them I've seen are like a dark grey or gun metal color, and I really really like em, and think it goes good with my burgundy color MKIII.

I was wondering if there was like a year that had them in Gun metal color as an option or if everyone is just getting them powder coated the same color? lol.

If they did come like that in a certain year, please let me know so that I know what to tell toyota to order. Thanks again fellow members.

Not that I know of. You would have to send them out to get painted/powdercoated.

ahh ok thanks, I just wasn't sure if the 98 premiere edition maybe came with em like that or something.

No, I don't think the MKIV ever came with dark colored wheels. Your burgundy car would look great with dark grey wheels. There's a burgundy color thread, so do it and post up pictures.

Never chrome, only polished aluminum and I am almost positive it was standard on the 98's. May have been optioned on earlier model years.

Anyone who has chromed TT wheels, had it done, or someone before them had it done, aftermarket.

^^^Orgasm for the Eyes^^^

And yes thats what I'm talking about, I think they look sick on burgundy MKIII's. I'm the kind of person that like stock stuff except for when it comes to performance. The only kit that will go on my car is the turbo a front, and jdm sides and rear. and the stock one piece or stock 3 piece. then a new paint job and all new mouldings around all the sides and all the glass. It's a simple goal but I believe that sometimes simple and elegant is often more aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. especially with the MKIII's.

Even if it is stock stuff from a new model or stock stuff from a JDM car it's still all toyota and still all supra stuff, thats the way I look at it.
